General
CutFlow Systems is a web-based precision cutting optimizer for manufacturers and fabricators. It calculates the most material-efficient cutting plans for coil slitting, sheet nesting, and cut-to-length operations — reducing scrap, saving time, and eliminating spreadsheet math.
No. CutFlow Systems runs entirely in your browser — no download, no installation, no IT approval needed. It works on any modern desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
Optimizer inputs (widths, quantities, dimensions) are sent to the server only to perform the calculation and are not stored long-term. Saved job templates (Pro feature) are stored securely in your account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Mobile browsers work for viewing results but the optimizer input forms are optimized for desktop use.
Optimizer
CutFlow currently supports three optimizer modes:
The optimizer supports both inches and millimeters. You can toggle units from the toolbar at any time — all existing inputs and results are automatically converted.
Free accounts can add up to 10 widths or pieces per run. Pro accounts have no practical limit — suitable for complex jobs with dozens of part numbers.
Pro subscribers can export full PDF cutting reports for all three optimizer modes, as well as DXF files for sheet nesting layouts. Free accounts can view results on-screen but cannot export.
Yes — Pro accounts can save job templates (part lists, master dimensions, trim settings) and reload them in one click. Free accounts cannot save templates but can re-enter inputs manually at any time.
Plans & Pricing
The Free plan lets you run the optimizer with up to 10 widths/pieces per run, view results on-screen, and use all three optimizer modes. There is a monthly run limit on Free accounts.
It's a great way to evaluate CutFlow before committing to a subscription.
Pro unlocks:
The Free plan itself serves as an ongoing trial — you can use the core optimizer features without a time limit. If a limited-time promotion is active, a discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-ins. You can cancel at any time from the Billing portal (accessible via your account menu). Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Teams & Organizations
You can create an Organization and invite team members. Each member has their own Pro seat under the organization's subscription. The org owner manages billing, invitations, and member roles from the Team page inside the app.
Team plans include 5 seats by default. If you need more, the org owner can purchase additional seats directly from the Team page — each extra seat is added as a line item on your existing subscription.
Go to Team in the sidebar, enter the member's email address, and click Get Link. A shareable invite link is generated — send it to your colleague. The link is valid for 7 days. No email service is required on your end.
Yes. Organization owners and admins can remove any non-owner member from the Team page. Removed members lose access to the Pro subscription immediately but their account remains active on the Free plan.
There are three roles:
The owner can promote any member to admin from the Team page.
Billing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — CutFlow Systems never stores your card information.
Open your account menu (top-right corner of the app) and click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, view past invoices, and change your subscription.
Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan — you keep your account and any saved data, but Pro-exclusive features (PDF export, unlimited runs, etc.) are disabled.
If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.
